I know that setting priorities can sometimes be very challenging, so in this short and simple post, I will provide you a list of questions to help you to set priorities concerning your values, goals and people.

Evaluating Your Values
Use these to figure out what really matters to you — and whether your life aligns with that.
What kind of person do I want to be?
What do I want to stand for, even when it’s hard?
What moments in my life have made me feel most proud? Why?
Which values do I say are important to me — and which ones do I actually live by?
Where am I currently compromising my values? Why?
If I had to choose only 3 values to live by, what would they be?
Which value-based decisions have brought me peace or growth in the past?
Do I value comfort more than growth — or growth more than comfort?
Evaluating Your Goals
Use these to clarify which goals are truly worth your time, energy, and focus.
What goals excite me — even if they scare me?
Which goals align with the kind of life I want to create long-term?
Am I setting this goal for myself, or to impress someone else?
Which goals have I been avoiding, even though I know they matter?
If I could only achieve one goal this year, which one would make the biggest difference?
What am I willing to sacrifice to achieve this goal? What am I not willing to sacrifice?
What would I regret not pursuing 5 or 10 years from now?
Which goals help me grow into my potential — not just maintain the status quo?
Evaluating Your Relationships
Use these to assess which people deserve priority in your life and who may be taking up space they shouldn’t.
Who makes me feel energized, supported, and more like myself?
Who challenges me to grow — respectfully and constructively?
Who am I constantly giving to without receiving anything back?
Do I feel safe, respected, and seen in this relationship?
Am I maintaining this connection out of guilt, fear, or habit?
If I stopped chasing this person, would they still show up?
Which relationships bring depth and honesty into my life?
Who can I truly count on when things get hard?
Who brings out my values — and who tempts me to compromise them?
